今天是端午节,祝大家端午节快乐!
由于近来比较忙,所以比较少上来,也比较少在大家的贴里留言,敬请大家原谅。上了这个贴之后,相信要到了周末,我才可以比较有空上来。
今年的端午节,我做了和去年一样的粽子,就是碱水粽和香菇肉粽,每款8粒,真的很少。这次包粽子有些进步了,不需五花大绑,也用了较少时间来裹粽。这次没有煮粽叶,只是预先把粽叶浸隔夜,省了一些功。咸肉粽有一个包不好,在锅里散掉了 @_@
食谱得空时再补上,暂时可以参考之前的,只是煮碱水粽时,水里也加入2汤匙碱水,这次我煮 200g 糯米,气压锅转小火后计时1小时。煮咸肉粽时,水里加入一些盐巴,这次我煮 400g 糯米,气压锅转小火后计时1小时30分钟。

ReplyDelete你好,你只要按“Add Your Link”,之后填写少许资料(把你的贴的邮址copy在 “link”,然后填写你的贴名在 “link title” 和填写你的 “email”,再选一张照片,然后按 “Done”,就可以了。大概在几秒钟后,你选的照片就会出现在我的贴那里,别的博客是必须要按你的照片,就可以连接到你的部落格看到你的食谱和作品。

ReplyDeleteSure, come on! The first attempt (last year) was really a mess for me but this year, it seems a bit easy and I spend less time doing it since I make only a small batch, just enough for my prayer & family ^_^
DeleteHi Jozelyn, this year I made the usual Kee Chang and Kiam Bak Chang. I don't mind having black eyed beans in the rice dumplings but not my family members, so I don't add it. Luckily my neighbour gave me 2 such dumplings. Happy Duan Wu Jie.

ReplyDelete这个其实没有太难,最难就是要包的过程,如果不是太注重它的外表,这个比起去年的算是“过关”了,嘻嘻!这个一定难不倒你!

DeleteThis year, I am not allow to wrap any dumplings cause my FIL just past away not long ago. Its the tradition. However, good that I am allow to eat them. haha....

Hi, Kristy. I still remember according to the tradition, it should be within 3 years time...that's why I stop baking for 3 years after my grandmother passed away!
