自从喝过了自制的豆浆,觉得做法并不太难,所以有空就可以自己煮豆浆水了。
豆浆水 (黑豆+黄豆)
上次为了做猪猪月饼,买了一包黑豆,没用完,这次就用了这些黑豆和之前剩下的黄豆,煮了豆浆水。
做法可以参考之前的食谱,只是这次我选择了把豆浆挤出后,才煮滚,因为懒惰煮好后,还要去渣*_*
洗干净后的黑豆和黄豆
用1份豆对2份水的重量来浸发豆类
用保鲜膜盖好
我这次没有把豆渣一起下去煮,味道也是不错的,这次我用了砂糖调味,因为家里刚好没有了冰糖

The taste is similar to me, just that I have the left over black beans, so I just blend them together.

ReplyDelete前阵子煮过黑豆的豆浆来喝。是因为我家的老幺好奇Yeo's的黑豆奶是什么味道。如果你的两色豆煮出来的豆奶被我家老幺知道肯定他也要试噢 :p
