虽然我一个星期,就只有在周末时需要做饭,但是仍然会不知道要煮些什么。。。所以,我相当佩服全职家庭主妇为家人一天准备三餐,真的一点都不容易。那天看见 Phong Hong 家的柠檬胡椒和迷迭香烤鸡。。。我就觉得这是我这个周末的晚餐。
柠檬胡椒和迷迭香烤鸡
以下食谱,我没有完全根据 Phong Hong的食谱,而是做出了少许调整。我没把香料涂在鸡的表面,而是放在鸡里面。
这个烤鸡味道相当地不错。。。我和大老板都觉得很好吃。鸡胸肉在我家不是很受欢迎,所以我把吃不完的鸡胸肉拔丝,拿来煮鸡粥,成为小老板的晚餐和大老板的宵夜 ^_^
材料A (Ingredients A)
1个 柠檬的皮 (1 nos lemon zest)
1个 蒜头-剁碎 (1 cloves garlic - finely minced)
1支 迷迭香-剁碎 (1 stem rosemary - finely minced)
1茶匙 黑胡椒粉 (1 tsp black pepper)
2茶匙 盐 (2 tsp salt)
材料B (Ingredients B)
1.2kg 全鸡 (1.2kg whole chicken)
1个 柠檬-切半 (1 lemon - cut into half)
材料D (Ingredients D)
1茶匙 盐 (1 tsp salt)
材料E (Ingredients E)
2汤匙 牛油 (2 tbsp butter)
1支 迷迭香 (1 stem rosemary)
材料F (Ingredients F)
1汤匙 蜂蜜 (1 tbsp honey)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 把所有材料A放在碗里搅拌均匀,备用。
Mix ingredients A in a bowl, set aside.
2. 把鸡洗净,抹干水分,把(1)塞进鸡里,内部全部抹均匀,再把C放入鸡里。
Pat dry the chicken, stuff ingredients A evenly into the chicken's cavity, then put ingredients
C into the chicken's cavity.
3. 鸡的表面涂上D,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱腌制至少4个小时。
Rub ingredients D at the skin of the chicken, cover with cling wrap, marinate in the fridge
at least 4 hours.
4. 把鸡从冰箱取出,用烤鸡架把鸡固定,用草绳把鸡腿和鸡翅膀绑好,放入气炸锅,涂上
牛油,把迷迭香放在鸡身上,设定“烧烤”功能30分钟,同时间也设定“转动”功能。
Take the chicken out from the fridge, fix the chicken with the chicken fork, use ropes to
tie the chicken drumsticks and the wings, put into the air fryer, brush the chicken with
butter, then put some rosemary on its body, set the "roast" function for 30 minutes, at
the same time, set the "roll" function.
5. 30分钟后,再次启动“烧烤”和“转动”功能10分钟,打开锅盖,把蜂蜜刷在鸡皮上,盖上盖,
继续烤至鸡熟透,即可。
After 30 minutes, set the "roast" and "roll" function again for 10 minutes, open the lid,
brush some honey on the chicken surface, close the lid and continue to roast the
chicken until cooked.
