大约十天前,在烘培店工作的朋友拨电邀我去参加一个烘培课程,很想去,但是没有人帮我照顾小老板,所以我就推掉了。可是,脑海里一直出现烘培课程所要教的其中一个蛋糕 ~ snowy cheese cake。
很好奇那是怎样的一个蛋糕,于是,上网找了资料,刚好家里有所有的材料,所以随时都可以开工。但是,基于太过忙碌,抽不出时间,所以拖到现在才把蛋糕烘好。
这是一道非常容易操作的蛋糕,终于,我尝试了蛋糕装饰,虽然不是很完美,可是却是第一次:),希望下次会做得更美。圣诞节快到了,这个蛋糕有没有圣诞feel?
参考 Love2Cook Malaysia,原食谱来自 Sherry_MZ。
材料A (Ingredients A)
4个 鸡蛋 (4 nos Eggs)
2个 蛋黄 (2 nos Egg yolk)
100g 细砂糖 (100g Caster sugar)
100g 香港面粉 - 过筛 (100g Hong Kong flour - shifted)
60g 玉米粉 - 过筛 (60g Corn flour - shifted)
50g 冷水 (50g Cold water)
1茶匙 发粉 (1tsp Baking powder)
2汤匙 Ovalette ( 2 tbsp Ovelette)
材料B (Ingredients B)
75g 融化牛油 (75g Melted butter)
装饰材料C
250g 奶油芝士 - 我用 185g,材料不足 (250g Cream cheese - I use 185g)
半罐 炼奶 - 我用 165g (1/2 can Sweetened creamer - I use 165g)
装饰材料D
半块 车达芝士 - 刨丝 (1/2 block Grated cheddar cheese)
步骤
1. 所有材料A用中速打均匀,颜色略变浅。
Mix all ingredients (A) in a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat over medium speed until
smooth and thick.
2. 加入材料B,搅拌均匀。
Then, add in (B), beat again until well incorporated and thick.
3. 倒入铺了纸的蛋糕模,150度烘45分钟至1小时至熟,待冷后,将蛋糕打横切成两片。
Pour batter into a lined and grease cake pan, bake over 150C for 45 minutes - 1 hour,
allow the cake to cool on a wired rack then slice the cake into half.
4. 把材料C,搅拌均匀,备用。
Beat ingredients C until well combined, set aside.
5. 把一片蛋糕铺在蛋糕托上,表面铺一层奶油芝士混合物。
the cream cheese mixture on one surface of the cake.
6. 再铺上一片蛋糕,把奶油芝士混合物涂在整个蛋糕表面,最后用材料D装饰。
Place the other half on top, now, spread the cream all over the cake, garnish with grated
cheddar cheese.
7. 把蛋糕冷藏1-2小时,切片即可享用。
Chill the cake for another 1-2 hours. Slice and enjoy!

出炉后
倒扣待凉
材料C
搅拌均匀后
蛋糕放好后,准备切
切好后
涂上C,建议涂多一点
把另一片蛋糕合上
表面涂上C
用D装饰
冷藏后,加上草莓装饰
切块
中间部分的奶油芝士涂得不够多,所以不明显

ReplyDelete应该是可以的,只是通常这类蛋糕都是用来烤。若拿来蒸,时间要自己拿捏了。
