因为和月半做了好朋友的关系,所以很久没做芝士蛋糕了。今天献上蓝莓馅奥利奥芝士杯子蛋糕,和大家一起赴约。
蓝莓馅奥利奥芝士杯子蛋糕
配方改自奥利奥炼乳迷你芝士蛋糕。

10个 奥利奥饼干 (10 nos Oreo biscuits)
材料B (Ingredients B)
2个 蛋黄 (2 egg yolk)
125g 奶油芝士 - 室温软化 (125g cream cheese - soften at room temperature)
35g 炼乳 (35g sweetened creamer)
1茶匙 柠檬汁 (1 tsp lemon juice)
材料C (Ingredients C)
2个 蛋白 (2 egg whites)
1茶匙 塔塔粉 (1 tsp cream of tartar)
1汤匙 细砂糖 (1 tbsp caster sugar)
材料D (Ingredients D)
适量 罐头蓝莓馅 - 大概100g (Some canned blueberry filling - about 100g)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 将10片Oreo饼干,分别放入10个纸杯里。
Put 10 Oreo cookies in 10 paper cups.
2. 将材料B打至光滑。
Cream B until smooth.
3. 再另一个盆里,把材料C打至硬性发泡。
In another clean and dry bowl, beat C until stiff peak.
4. 把 ( 3 ) 分3次加入( 2 ),轻轻拌匀。
Fold (3) into (2) in 3 batches, lightly fold.
5. 用铁汤匙把1汤匙( 4 )倒入纸杯里,拿起模轻轻在桌上敲,让面糊表面平坦,接着加入
1-1.5茶匙材料D,重新拿起模轻轻在桌上敲,最后,再用1汤匙 ( 4 ) 盖住材料D,拿
起模轻轻在桌上敲,让面糊表面平坦。
Use a metal spoon, put 1 tbsp of (4) into each paper cups, lift the mould and lightly
tap on the table until the batter flatten, put 1-1.5 tsp of ingredients D into each cups,
then lift the mould and lightly tap again, finally, put another tbsp of (4) to cover
ingredients D and lightly tab the mould again to flatten the batter.
6. 送入预热烤箱,用水浴烘法,150度烤20分钟或至熟。[我用气炸锅,先倒入 300ml 冷
开水入锅里,用低架,排入 ( 5 ),130度30分钟。]
Steam bake in preheated oven at 150 degree Celsius for 20 minutes until cooked.
[ I use air fryer, pour 300ml cold water into the air fryer, use the lower rack, arrange
the cup cakes, bake at 130 degree Celsius for 30 minutes or until cooked. ]
7. 让蛋糕在烤箱里冷却,将门稍微打开一些,等到稍冷后,就可取出蛋糕。[ 我让蛋糕在
气炸锅里继续焖半个小时。]
Let the cake cooled in the oven by slightly opening the door, once the cake cooled,
remove from oven. [ I let the cake cooled in the air fryer for half an hour before I
remove the cake.]
8. 蛋糕放入冰箱冷藏后食用更佳。
Chilled the cake before serving.
把纸杯铺在塔模里
放入Oreo饼干
2个蛋白
2个蛋黄
材料B打均匀
材料B打均匀
材料C打至干性发泡
把材料C分3次拌入材料B
拌好后
放入1汤匙面糊
放入1茶匙蓝莓馅
放入1汤匙面糊
排入气炸锅
烘好后
