今早在受不住诱惑的情况下,终于,这个面包在我家诞生了。。。好柔软,好好吃的面包,很喜欢,表面脆脆的,里面软软的,好好吃哦!
日式炼奶面包
日式炼奶面包
材料A
200g 高筋面粉 (200g high protein flour)
25g 炼奶 (25g sweetened creamer)
120g 牛奶 (120g milk)
10g 细糖 (10g caster sugar)
3g 酵母 (3g instant yeast)
材料B
20g 有盐牛油 (20g salted butter)
材料C
25g 练奶 (20g sweetened creamer)
25g 有盐牛油 (25g salted butter)
裝飾
少许 杏仁片
少许 黑加仑
少许 粗糖
步骤
1. Kenwood 面包机: 把材料A放入面包机,启动功能8。
Kenwood bread maker: Put all ingredients A into the bread maker, turn on function no. 8.
2. 当面包机启动5分钟后,会休息5分钟,这时加入材料B。
The bread maker will rest after 5 minutes of mixing, then add in ingredients B after the
first stop.
3. 当面包机再次启动后,会操作20分钟,过后让面团留在面包机里发酵1小时。
When the bread maker start operate again, it will mix the ingredients for another 20
minutes, let the dough rest inside the bread maker for 1 hour.
4. 这时可以准备材料C,只需把材料混合均匀而已。
Now you could prepare ingredients C, mix them until even only.
5. 取出面团,排气,把面团杆成一大片,切成4长条,在表面涂上(4),然后重叠,
切成几份。
Remove the dough from the bread maker, punch the dough to expel air, flatten the
dough and cut into 4 long stripes, spread some mixture in (4) at the surface of the
dough, overlap the dough and divide them into equal rectangular size.
6. 把(5)排入以涂了少许材料C的20cm中空戚风模,让面团“站着”。
Arrange (5) vertically into the 20cm chiffon mould that has been greased with (4).
7. 盖上保鲜膜,让面团发酵至双倍大,在表面涂上剩下的 (4),再把多有装饰材料
均匀的撒在表面。
Cover with cling wrap, let it proved until double in size, spread the remaining
mixture in (4), then sprinkle decorative ingredients on top.
8. 放入气炸锅,设定160度25分钟,烤到剩下最后8分钟时,改为150度,即可。
Put into the air fryer, set bake function, bake at 160 degree for 25 minutes, when
the baking time remains 8 minutes, change the temperature to 150 degree until
baked.

终于,我赶上大队了。。。哈哈哈!
