40g 细砂糖 (40g Caster sugar)
1/4茶匙 盐 (1/4 tsp Salt)
45g 牛油 (45g Butter)
装饰材料
25根 迷你香肠 (25 nos Mini sausage)
少许 蛋液 - 半个 (1/2 Egg)
少许 白芝麻 (Some White sesame)
步骤
1. 材料A:把所有材料用手搓均匀,室温发酵4小时。

2. 把所有材料B(除了牛油)放入面包机,把发酵好的材料A撕成小块一起加入。

3. Kenwood BM 250 面包机: ( 用8号面团功能,1小时半),把面团打均匀,在面包机第一次
搅拌停止后 (搅拌5分钟后会休息5分钟),加入牛油,让面包机继续搅拌,过后让面团在
面包机里发酵1小时。

4. 取出面团,把面团分为每个20g,把面团搓成长条,杆扁,包上香肠,放在铺了烘培纸的烤
盘里,盖上湿布,等面团至少双倍发大后,扫上少许蛋液,表面洒一些白芝麻,放入预热
烤箱170度烤16分钟,即可。

into 20g each, roll the dough until flat with a rolling pin, wrap in sausage, put in the baking
tray, line with baking paper, cover with damp cloth, let the dough raise to at least double
size, brush with beaten eggs, sprinkle the surface with some sesame, bake in preheated
oven at 170 degree Celcius for 16 minutes.
