咸香的日式炼奶面包 Salted Japanese Condensed Milk Bread

这几个星期比较忙,周末做了面包,用了日式炼奶面包的食谱,只是加了车芝士片和火腿。。。好美味。

咸香的日式炼奶面包

材料A
200g      高筋面粉 (200g high protein flour)
25g        炼奶 (25g sweetened creamer)
120g      牛奶 (120g milk)
10g        细糖 (10g caster sugar)
3g           酵母 (3g instant yeast)
3g           盐 (3g salt)

材料B
20g        无盐牛油 (20g salted butter)

材料C
适量       车打芝士片 (Some cheddar cheese slice)
适量       火腿肉 (Some ham)
一根       香肠 (1 sausage)

材料D
适量       无盐牛油 (Some unsalted butter)

步骤
1. Kenwood 面包机: 把材料A放入面包机,启动功能8
    Kenwood bread maker: Put all ingredients A into the bread maker, turn on function no. 8.

2. 当面包机启动5分钟后,会休息5分钟,这时加入材料B
    The bread maker will rest after 5 minutes of mixing, then add in ingredients B after the
     first stop.

3. 当面包机再次启动后,会操作20分钟,过后让面团留在面包机里发酵1小时。
    When the bread maker start operate again, it will mix the ingredients for another 20 
    minutes, let the dough rest inside the bread maker for 1 hour.

4. 排气,把面分成每个大约55g,包上车打芝士片和火腿,让面团再度发酵至2-3倍
    大时,170度烤15分钟。
    Punch down the dough to expel air, divide the dough into about 55g each, wrap in 
    cheddar cheese slice and ham, let the dough proof until double to triple in size, bake at 
    170 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

5. 面包出炉后,刷上少许材料D,即可。
    Remove the bread from oven, brush with some butter, that's all.
