冬瓜炖蔗糖

原本很想参加 MFF KL,想到煮个冬瓜龙眼罗汉果,就很具有代表性。

相信有到过茨厂街的朋友,对这个冬瓜龙眼罗汉果并不会陌生。在中学时代,每天经过这个档口时,都一定喝一碗解渴。

于是在巴刹买了一圈大冬瓜可是经老板娘大力推介,最后,冬瓜龙眼罗汉果煮不成,做了这个冬瓜炖蔗糖,所以 MFF KL 又没我的份了。

在这种烟雾笼罩的天气,喝上一碗冬瓜炖蔗糖,喉咙好舒服,老板娘真的没推介错,超赞的。

老板娘建议瓜皮不要去掉,洗干净刷干净就一起,可是我不喜欢瓜皮。。。所以我去掉了瓜皮,并加了香兰叶一起炖。

老板娘推介用冰糖或是蔗糖炖,我选择了蔗糖,以为蔗糖比较不甜,可是还是很甜,所以吃的时候,加了水 *_*

这是我和家人的“大爱”,预计应该会常出现在家里了。

材料
1圈                冬瓜-去皮刨丝
300g             蔗糖-有点甜,可以减少100g
1500ml         水
3片                香兰叶-打结

步骤
把所有材料,放入万能锅,炖4个小时,即可享用。

炖汤功能4小时

煮到一半才忘记加入香兰叶,赶快加入

煮好后

好滋润,你也来一碗吧!在吃的时候,又觉得像吃甜“鱼翅”的感觉,哈哈哈!

    1. 这个万能锅真的没改错名,真的很“万能”一下。。。这个糖水用煲的方法也可以,不过老板娘说一定要煲4小时。

    1. The tauke sayur in the market said winter melon cook with lohongo not nice, only has lohongo taste so she ask me to try this but this is really so good and tasty.
