鸡蛋型枸杞桂花糕

这个枸杞桂花糕是旧作,做了N次,这次换了鸡蛋壳做模。原因呢。。。那是因为之前想在家庭聚会时,打算做燕菜糕,可是手脚太慢,取消了。。。




为了不辜负巴刹卖煮炒的 Uncle Aunty 为我留了这么多的蛋壳,这次做了这个慰劳大家。这次保留了部分的桂花,让大家尝尝桂花的口感。。。


这就是桂花

煮滚所有材料

熄火后,放入洗干净后并再次凉干了的鸡蛋壳
(一共做了24个)

    1. 鸡蛋壳的用途很广,之前看见有人拿来考鸡蛋糕,可是我不"班耐",不敢冒险:)

    I have seen Mich using egg shells as cake mould to make sponge cakes... I like your concept too making this elegant-looking jellies.

    1. Hi, Zoe. I also saw some FB fren bake cakes using egg shells and decorate the cakes into a small chicks. A creative way of baking using egg shells.
