西兰花伴杏鲍菇

在巴刹买了一包杏鲍菇,还蛮贵的,一包RM4,不过老板娘不断赞好吃,就买回来试试看。


西兰花伴杏鲍菇

上个星期去牛头牌看双亲节示范,拿到了一些赠品,这个鲍鱼汁就是其中之一。本来只想用鲍鱼汁煮这道菜,因为看见颜色太浅,所以再加了斋耗油下去煮。


材料
1个              西兰花 (Broccoli)
1包              杏鲍菇 (King oyster mushroom)
2片              姜 (Ginger)
少许            蒜米 (Mince garlic)
2汤匙          鲍鱼汁 (Abalone sauce)
1汤匙          斋耗油 (Vegetarian oyster sauce)
150ml         水 (Water)

步骤
1. 西兰花和杏鲍菇洗净,切块,备用。
2. 煮一锅水,加入少许油和糖,把西兰花烫熟,捞起,滴干水份,放在碟里围个圈。
3. 爆香姜片和蒜米,把杏鲍菇炒香,加入水,鲍鱼汁和斋耗油,大火焖3分钟,即可上碟,把
     剩下的汁料浇在西兰花上。

材料

煮滚一锅水

加入少许油和糖

水滚时,加入西兰花,把西兰花烫至熟

爆香姜片

再爆香蒜米

加入杏鲍菇翻炒

加入水,鲍鱼汁和斋耗油,煮滚

盖上盖,大火煮3分钟

煮好了

上碟,把汁淋在围着碟边的西兰花

    When we were at Taipei, we enjoyed eating grilled King oyster mushroom at their night markets.

    I reckon my son will love this stir fry dish as this mushroom and broccoli are two of his fav foods.

    1. I think I also eat this king oyster mushroom in Japanese restaurant before, they grill it with some special Japanese sauce and it taste sweet.
