腰豆松脆饼 II

在十一月份结束之前,让我再做一次腰豆松脆饼,这个饼干是家人的最爱:)

腰豆松脆饼II


要参考之前的按这里

原食谱来自 Alex Goh 《Joy of Making Cookies 创意小饼干》

材料A
150g          牛油 (150g Butter)
80g            赤砂糖 (80g Brown sugar) - I use 145g
130g          糖 (130g Sugar) - I omitted
1/8茶匙      盐 (1/8 tsp Salt)


材料B
1个             鸡蛋 (1 Egg)

材料C
140g          面粉 (140g Flour)
1/2茶匙     发粉 (1/2 tsp Baking powder)
1/4茶匙     小苏打 (1/4 tsp Baking soda)

材料D
30g            燕麦片搅打至幼 (30g Rolled oat, blend till fine) - I use oat flakes
70g            腰豆- 切碎  (70g Chopped cashew nut) - I use 170g with 100g finely chopped
50g            巧克力粒 (50g Chocolate chips) - I use 100g semi-sweet chocolate chips
50g            白巧克力- 切碎粒 (50g White chocolate, coarsely chopped) - I omitted


步骤
1. 将(A)搅拌至松发,加入(B)搅拌至光滑。
     Beat (A) in the mizer till light and fluffy, add in (B) and cream till smooth.

2. 把(C)筛入(1),然后搅拌均匀,最后加入(D)混合均匀。
     Add in sieved (C) and mix till well blended. Then add in (D) and mix till well incorporated.


3. 用汤匙,将一汤匙面团铺在放了烘培纸的烤盘里,稍微压扁,每个面团之间相隔约3cm。

    Using a tablespoon, dop a big heap spoon of the dough into the prepared tray. flatten it 

    slightly using the spoon. Leave 3 cm a part between each dough.

4. 送入预热烤箱,170度烤20分钟或至熟。
    Bake at 170 degree Celcius for 20 minutes.

    [备注:这个饼干刚烤好时会呈软状,但是冷却后就会变得松脆。]
    [ Note: The cookies appear to be soft when baked but it will become firm and crunchy
                 when cool.]

  8. Jozelyn, I am bookmarking this cookie for CNY! I am very sure it will be a hit with my family. Need to look for cashew nuts first!

    1. Hi, Phong Hong, I believe you can add with any nuts that you like, not necessary must be cashew nut, adding pecan nut or macadamia nuts is also a good choice!
