糖浆

跨越了2014,华人农历新年也快到了,可是近来我真的是忙到“快疯了”。。。冷落了我的部落格好一段日子,也没有去串门子,希望忙完后,我可以常常上来。。。

在此,祝大家新年快乐!

这是之前上了一堂烘培课,学习装饰蛋糕,用的是奶油淇淋。

这就是我上烘培课时的杰作


今天,就先做个记录如何制作糖浆。因为那个奶油淇淋是必须要用到糖浆的,所以这个糖浆就先做好了。

材料 (Ingredients)
1kg          细砂糖 (1 kg caster sugar)
500ml      水 (500ml water)
2汤匙      柠檬汁 (2 tbsp lemon juice)

步骤 (Step)
所有材料放入锅里,用中火煮15分钟,待凉后,收入罐里,即可。
Add in all ingredients into the pot, boil in medium flame for 15 minutes until sugar dissolve, once cool, keep inside a clean container for storing.
