选来了 May 家的杏仁饼食谱,可是我做到不理想,颜色很深,也不知道为什么?颜色还很像花生饼。

材料A (Ingredients A)
45g 糖粉 (45g icing sugar)
130g 自发面粉 (130g self raising flour)
200g 杏仁粉 (200g ground almond)
1/4茶匙 盐 (1/4 tsp salt)
材料B (Ingredients B)
100g 粟米油 (100g corn oil)
材料C (Ingredients C)
1个 蛋黄 (1 egg yolk)
2小匙 水 (2 tsp water)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 把材料A混合,慢慢加入材料B搅拌均匀成团。
Mix A until well-combine, add in B a little bit at a time until well-combine.
2. 把面团擀成大概5mm厚度,用模压出花型。
Roll the dough to obtain a 5mm thickness, use a cookie cutter to cut the desire shape.
3. 在表面扫上少许蛋液,放入预热烘炉里,用160C烘烤20分钟即可。
Brush the surface with ingredients C, bake at 160 degree Celcius for 20 minutes.
