入口即溶的德式酥饼,有谁不爱?这次我用了888花嘴来把它们挤出来。寓意着,恭喜发财,发发发!刚好“发发”和“花花”(广东话)也差不多,这是不是代表吃了就发财?!
花花德式酥饼
2013年我还算是幸运的,在部落赢到了3份礼物,第一份来自 Christine,第二份来自 Yen,第三份来自 Ann。还记得收到Christine的礼物时,是万般的惊喜。当身在台湾时,收到了 Yen 的电邮,也是开心得不得了。至于最后一份礼物,也是我超喜欢的黄色,就觉得2013年,我真幸运。在此,再次谢谢 Christine, Yen 和 Ann!
今天,就让我用在 Ann 那里赢取的 cupcake stand 来“秀秀”
材料 (Ingredients):
250g 牛油 (250g butter)
80g 糖粉 (80g icing sugar)
250g 马铃薯粉 (250g potato starch)
100g 面粉 (100g flour)
装饰 (Decoration):
适量 巧克力豆 (Some chocolate chips)
适量 巧克力豆 (Some chocolate chips)
1. 把牛油和糖粉打至颜色变浅,筛入粉类。
Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy, sieve in flour and mix well.
2. 用888花嘴,放入(1),用拇指挤在铺了纸的烤盘,用巧克力豆装饰,即可。
Fill in the nozzle no. 888 with (1), press it with the thumb into the baking tray line with
baking sheet, decorate with chocolate chips.
3. 放进预热烤箱,170度15分钟。
Bake in pre-heated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
