2014农历新年年饼系列之 ~ 酥脆杏仁片

新年年饼你们爱吃什么?我最喜欢就是黄梨饼杏仁片。去年做了杏仁片,可是烤得不够理想,可能烘焙技巧掌握得不好。

酥脆杏仁片
去年也做酥脆杏仁片,用的是 Florenta,因为买不到 Bienetta后来同事帮我买了一包 Bienetta,可是就没有开来用过,因为Florenta到有剩。今年要做杏仁片,取出用剩的Florenta,可是已经变硬了。。。不能用了。所以,这次用的是 Bienetta个人认为 Bienetta 比 Florenta 好吃很多,而且烘好后,颜色比较美。发现到 Bienetta 没有那么甜,推荐。我用1:3的比例来做这个杏仁片,即1份 Bienetta,就需要3份的杏仁片。

材料 (Ingredients)
270g          杏仁片 (270g Almond slice)
90g             Bienetta (90g Bienetta)



步骤
把杏仁片和Bienetta放在一个干净的大盆里搅拌均匀,然后平均的铺在放了烘焙布的烤盘上,送入预热烤箱,150度烤15分钟,取出后,立刻用酥皮刀切割成喜欢的尺寸,待凉后,收入罐里收藏,即可。
Mix the almond slices and Bienetta in a large clean bowl until even, spread the mixture evenly on a baking pan line with baking cloth, bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, immediately use a pastry cutter to cut into desire size, leave to cool, store in air tight container.

    Hi Jozelyn, Sad that I can only imagine munching these delicious almond crisp from my computer screen as I don't think I have seen biennetta selling in Melbourne :p

    1. Yes, I check it online that day. Amazon is selling but quite costly. It is more expensive than what I bought here.

  11. i made these using bienetta too last year and they were great. It seems this premix is so popular, the other day i went to the bakery shop, people are just buying packs and packs of this bienetta!

    1. Yes, this Bienetta is very easy to use and I find that this year the price has gone down a little bit for this flour.
