突然间想吃虾面,于是买了田师傅的虾面即煮酱料,来个简易版的虾面,又是一顿可口的晚餐了。
以下分量足够4-6人食用。
1包 田师傅虾面即煮酱料 (1 packet Tean's Gourmet prawn noodle paste)
1600ml 水 (1600 ml water)
配料 (Other ingredients)
200g 虾 - 8个 (200g prawns - 8 nos)
150g 鸡胸肉 (150g chicken breast)
4个 熟鸡蛋-切半 (4 hard boil eggs - cut into half)
适量 米粉 - 用清水浸软后沥干水分 (Some rice noodle - pre-soak until soften, drained)
适量 黄面 - 烫之前,用清水洗一洗 (Some yellow noodle, lightly wash with plain water)
250g 雍菜 - 洗净后沥干水分 (250g water spinach, wash and drained)
适量 炸葱 (Some deep fried shallots)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 把材料A放入万能锅,启动“蒸煮”功能,当时间开始倒数时(汤已经开始滚了),转换成“炖
汤”功能,即可。
Place ingredients A into the smart cooker, turn on the "steam" function, when the
time start to count down (soup started to boil), turn to "soup" function".
2. 把鸡胸肉放到汤里,盖上盖,烫大约3-5分钟至熟,捞起,撕成鸡丝。
Place the chicken breast into the soup, close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, lift and tear the chicken breast into bite size.
3. 把虾放到汤里,盖上盖,烫大约1-2分钟至熟,捞起备用。
Place prawn into the soup, close the lid and cook for 1-2 minutes, life and set aside.
4. 食用前,把米粉,面和雍菜加入汤里,烫2-3分钟至熟,捞起,加上其他配料一起吃。
Before serving, put the rice noodle, yellow noodle and water spinach into the soup, cook
for 2-3 minutes, lift and place into a bowl, garnish with other ingredients and serve with
the soup.
对,这里有6个鸡蛋,因为小老板的脸有一处黑青了,所以顺便煮2个鸡蛋给他去淤青
如何煮鸡蛋:室温鸡蛋加入水(水要足够掩盖鸡蛋),开火煮至滚,水滚开后继续煮10分钟,熄火,盖上盖焖10分钟,即可。
