5月10日是母亲节,但同时也是我“干妈”的“牛一”。她说她喜欢牛油蛋糕,所以我烤了一个牛油蛋糕给她。
优格牛油蛋糕
这个蛋糕第一次做,可能火候掌握得不好,表面裂了,所以用了水果装饰。
材料A (Ingredients A)250g 牛油 (250g butter)
150g 细砂糖 (150g caster sugar)
材料B (Ingredients B)
4个 鸡蛋 (4 eggs)
材料C (Ingredients C)
50g 原味优格 (50g plain yoghurt)
50g 牛奶 (50g milk)
220g 特幼面粉-过筛 (220g superfine flour)
1茶匙 发粉 -过筛 (1 tsp baking powder)
装饰 (Decorations)
少许 胶状果冻 (Some piping jelly)
4个 草莓 (4 strawberries)
1个 奇异果 (1 kiwi)
1/4个 芒果 (1/4 mango)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 把材料A打至颜色变浅,松发。
Cream ingredients A until light and fluffy.
2. 把材料B的1个鸡蛋加入,打至完全融入牛油湖才加入另一个鸡蛋,如此类推。
Add egg into the batter one at a time, beat until well combine before adding another egg.
3. 加入原味优格,打均匀后,把一半分量的特幼面粉和发粉加入,搅拌均匀,加入牛奶拌均
匀后才把剩下的特幼面粉加入,充分拌匀。
Add in plain yogurt, mix well, fold half of the flour and baking powder into the batter, mix
well, add in milk, mix until well combine before adding in the remaining flour.
4. 倒入7寸模里,150度烤65分钟至熟。
Pour into a 7 inch mould, bake at 150 degree for 65 minutes until cooked.
5. 待蛋糕冷却后,脱模,表面涂上一层薄薄的胶状果冻,放上水果,再水果表面涂上一层薄
薄的胶状果冻,即可。
Remove cake from mould once cool, spread a thin layer of piping jelly on the surface,
decorate with fruits and coat the fruits with a thin layer of piping jelly.
后记: 干妈说蛋糕有点硬,不知道是不是我用水果装饰后,放入了冰箱的关系。
