红豆冰棒 Red Bean Popsicles

吃不完的红豆水,你们怎么处置?

红豆冰棒


我把它们加入更多的糖,煮滚待凉后,做成了红豆冰棒。

材料 (Ingredients)
适量红豆水 (Some red bean soup)
适量糖 (Some caster sugar)

步骤 (Steps)
1. 把吃剩的红豆水加入更多的糖(这个步骤很重要,要不然冰淇淋会不够甜),煮滚待凉
    后,倒入冰棒模里,放上冰棒棍,移至结冰处,放置3-6小时,直到凝固为止。
    Add more caster sugar to the left over red bean soup (this step is important in order to 
    obtain a sweet ice-cream), bring to boil and leave to cool, transfer to the Popsicle mould, 
    place the Popsicle stick in position and freeze in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.

2. 享用前,打开自来水,把冰棒模冲洗30秒至1分钟,以便冰淇淋容易脱模。
    Before serve, place the Popsicle mould under the running pipe water for 30 seconds to 1 
    minute so that the Popsicle can be remove from the mould easily.
