做了芒果冰淇淋后,我再接再厉,做了果王冰淇淋 ~ 榴莲冰淇淋。
果王冰淇淋
我用的是放在冰箱结冰处的榴莲。我妈每次趁便宜是 lap 很多,吃不完,我就收在结冰处。。。所以。。。任何时候都可以吃到榴莲。。。哈哈哈。。。这个果王冰淇淋,看起来不吸引,味道确实一流。。。广告时间到。。。I'm Loving It。。。哈哈哈!
材料 (Ingredients A)
275g 榴莲肉 (275g durian flesh)
200ml 动物性奶油 (200ml whipping cream)
100g 炼奶 (100g sweetened creamer)
275g 榴莲肉 (275g durian flesh)
200ml 动物性奶油 (200ml whipping cream)
100g 炼奶 (100g sweetened creamer)
220ml 牛奶 (220 ml milk)
配料 (Topping)
适量 巧克力米 (Some chocolate rice)
适量 烤香杏仁碎 (Some roasted almond nibs)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 把所有材料A倒入搅拌机里搅拌均匀,放入塑料容器,送进结冰处冷藏至结实 (大概6-8小
时 ),即可。
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients mix well, transfer to a
container and freeze until firm (about 6-8 hours).
2. 享用前,加入自己喜爱的配料即可。
Serve with desire toppings.
