爽脆腌南瓜 Crunchy pickled pumpkin

转眼间,已踏入了十月,手上的工作仍然是堆积如山,很想大喊“救命啊!”

爽脆腌南瓜

昨天趁着有少许时间,在部落逛逛,大家都很积极的打造黄金十月,虽然不能像大家一样积极,但是我会尽力而为。献上这个简单的爽脆腌南瓜,支持 Eileen 家的小拇指活动,虽然“人”不能与大家同在,“心”却早已经和大家一起了。

材料 (Ingredients)
1/4个       有机南瓜- 去皮,切片 (1/4 nos organic pumpkin - remove skin and slice) 
1茶匙       盐 (1 tsp salt)
1/2汤匙    细砂糖 (1/2 tbsp caster sugar)
6粒          桔子 - 取汁 (6 nos tangerine orange/ lime - squeeze for the juice) 
2粒           酸梅 - 取肉,去核 (2 nos sour plum - remove the seed, finely chopped) 
1条          指天椒 - 切碎,我没放 (1 nos chili padi - finely chop, but I did not add)

步骤 (Steps)
1. 用盐把南瓜捞一捞,放置大约5-10分钟,用清水把南瓜从洗干净,沥干水分。
    Add salt to the pumpkin slice, mix well and leave for 5-10 minutes, rinse with clean 
    water, drain and set aside.

2. 把南瓜片,橘子汁,糖和酸梅肉搅拌均匀,放入冰箱,几小时后就可以吃了。
    Mix pumpkin slice, lime juice, sugar and sour plum together, cover with cling wrap, 
    store in the fridge for several hours before serving.

用盐把南瓜捞一捞,放置大约5-10分钟


桔子挤汁


冲洗干净后,加入切碎酸梅和糖



最后加入桔子汁


包上保鲜膜,就可以放入冰箱


这是开胃菜,已经很久没做了,希望大家会喜欢

  5. Jozelyn, I've tried cold papaya pickles, but haven't eaten crunchy pickled pumpkin. Must be very appetizing ...爽爽脆滴 :D
