核桃巧克力脆饼

好久都没有真正的“放假”了,趁着一连几天的假期,这次和一班中学同学聚会,带小老板到了Bukit Tinggi 游玩一天,去探访了亲戚。。。过得很充实。可是有句话是非常贴切的形容了我现在的心情,那就是“快乐的时光过得特别快,又是时间说 Bye Bye ”。。。面对堆积如山的工作,星期一又要努力奋斗了。

核桃巧克力脆饼



开斋节假期的第二天早上,起得特别早,看见了Mui Mui 上了她的核桃塔,想起我还有一包搁置在冰厨很久的核桃,所以做了这个核桃巧克力脆饼,可以让小老板在去 Bukit Tinggi 的路上吃。

这次参考了 Alex Goh 老师的《创意小饼干》。这个饼干我有做过,不过那是很久以前的事,当时我觉得这个真的很像 Famous Amos cookies只是觉得饼干有点甜我比较不爱太甜,小老板又有点好动,不能让他吃太甜。想到这样,所以决定减少一些糖。

打算快手快脚地做一半的食谱,只需要减些糖,可是真的是“阴差阳错”。。。我又糊里糊涂的出了乱子。。。不过,错有错着,脆饼真的很脆,不会太甜,好好吃!

饼干来不及烤完,我就要出门了,所以上面这张图片的饼干,是我回来后,再烤的:)

材料A
100g           糖 - 我用25g粗糖 (Sugar)
110g           赤砂糖 - 我用冰花糖45g (Brown sugar)
1/4茶匙       盐 - 我用1/8茶匙 (Salt)
100g           牛油 - 我用80g (Butter)
60g             马芝林 - 我省略 (Margarine)
1茶匙          葡萄糖浆 - 我用1/2茶匙蜂蜜代替 (Liquid glucose)

材料B
1个             鸡蛋 (Egg)
1/2茶匙      云尼拉香精 - 我省略 (Vanilla essence)

材料C
200g          面粉 (Flour)
1/2茶匙      小苏打 (Baking soda)
1/2茶匙      发粉 (Baking powder)

材料D
100g          核桃-切碎 (Pecan nut, chopped)
100g          巧克力粒 - 我用70g,因为不够 (Chocolate chips)

步骤
将B加入A搅拌至糖溶化,加入过筛了的C搓成团,最后加入D,分成小团,搓圆稍微压扁一些,放在铺了烘培纸的烤盘,放入预热烤箱,170度烤20分钟。

做了比较小个的给小老板,让他比较可以容易握在手里

    1. 不用羡慕,你也一定可以有机会和家人同游!我也是很久很久都没出"远门"了:)这次也不算远,不过,假期外出真的是塞车赛人,要什么没什么,只是大家也争取了时间和家人朋友团聚!

    We love famous Amos and love enjoying the free cookie-baking smell... I can imagine that your kitchen must be smelling like famous Amos shops too.

    Alvin is right... These cookies are famous Jozelyn! The famous Jozelyn "spicing up" her Kitchen with the famous cookie baking smell.
