在逛NSK时,发现他们已经有售卖药材。刚好看见有雪蛤卖,想起很久都没吃雪蛤了,就买了一盒。
今天,就来滋润一下吧,来个红枣冰糖炖雪蛤。
红枣冰糖炖雪蛤
材料
1盒 雪蛤 - 10g (Snow clam/ Hasma)
10颗 红枣-去核 (Red dates, remove the seed)
20粒 冰糖 (Rock sugar)
800ml 水 (Water)
步骤
1. 把雪蛤放入清水里浸至发大(大概8个小时),沥干水分。
2. 把所有材料放入万能锅,用“炖汤”功能,设定时间炖4小时。

冰糖
红枣
全都加入万能锅
炖好了
一人一碗,四人四碗,手快有,手慢无

ReplyDeleteI think snow clam is no longer popular like last time because people getting rich and they eat bird nests! But this is what I had during child hood especially after I recover from cough.

ReplyDeleteHi, Shu Han. Nice to meet you. I think snow clam is easily found here in the Chinese Medicine Shop. Nowadays the snow clam has been process where we don't have to do the cleaning job after soak. I believe one day you could be able to cook this. No worry. Try searching on website, I think some website is selling this as well :)
