三蛋肉碎粥

今天早上醒来,很想吃粥,于是煮了这个三蛋肉碎粥。

星期二睡醒时,一直打喷嚏,赶紧频频的每隔3-4小时吃维他命C,可是,最终还是敌不过病菌,星期三下午终于大伤风了,还发烧了,吃了药,退烧没事了,可是星期四早上醒来,腰部至左脚疼痛,于是看了医生,原来感染了伤风的病菌,引发疼痛。星期五,伤风比较好了一些,已经没有呼吸困难了,可是却咳嗽了。咳嗽可以要了我的命,每次染上,总得咳上整个月。由于生病了,周末没有煮饭,都是在外用餐。昨天炖了雪蛤膏,滋润一下喉咙。今天早上醒来,很想吃粥,于是煮了这个三蛋肉碎粥。

由于没有上巴刹,所有的材料都是“就地”取材。看见冰箱和厨房有什么,就放什么。

材料
1碗              米 - 洗净 (Rice - washed)
4+6          水 (Water)
[ 注意:我的碗是我蒸咸蛋用的小铁碗。]

配料A
             猪肉碎 (Minced pork)

配料A腌料
1+1/2茶匙   盐 (Salt)
2茶匙           麻油 (Sesame oil)
少许             胡椒粉 (Pepper)

配料B
2个              咸蛋 -先蒸熟,切碎 (Salted eggs - lightly chopped after steam)
2个              皮蛋-切碎 (Century eggs - lightly chopped)
2个              鸡蛋-打散 (Eggs - lightly beaten)

配料C
1小颗          菜切丝 (Vegetable - I use butterhead - shredded)

调味料(如需要,才加)
适量            盐 (Salt)
适量            麻油 (Sesame oil)
适量            生抽 (Soya sauce)

步骤
1. 把米和水倒入万能锅,启动“煮粥”功能,放上蒸架,把咸蛋蒸熟。
2. 当时间开始倒数(最后13分钟),先倒入配料A,搅拌均匀,盖上盖。
3. 当时间倒数最后5分钟,倒入配料B,盖上盖。
4. 吃的时候,配着配料C一同享用。

    1. 谢谢你,还在咳嗽,伤风好很多了。就是怕传染他,这个星期学校假期都把他留在妈妈家。可是周末带他回来后,今早发现他好像有些伤风的迹象。已经在为他补充维他命C了。

    I recognise your rice cooker... There is one shop at the Chinese populated area at Melbourne selling this buffalo brand too :D

      This is one of the best cooking tool I like at home. Just simply dump in any ingredients, then select the function and it will cook a healthy meal for me and my family.
