2014农历新年年饼系列之 ~ 香脆白芝麻紫菜鳕鱼丝

近来很忙碌,忙工作,忙接送孩子。。。新年又快到了,加上家里的清理工作,买年货等等等。。。虽然如此,想到新年就很开心。。。

白芝麻紫菜鳕鱼丝


这次的农历新年,我还是照旧有时间就赶快饼干。。。可是速度比较慢。。。只做好了腰豆松脆饼,杏仁饼和粟米片乐车饼 。。。嘻嘻嘻。。。今天就先分享这个香脆的白芝麻紫菜鳕鱼丝

去年看见很多人做了紫菜鳕鱼丝,可是鳕鱼丝卖到断货,所以无缘在我家出现。那天在 Sue 的家看到了紫菜鳕鱼丝,就想到可以做这个。刚巧前几天去扫货时,竟然发现到有很多鳕鱼丝,所以买了一包回来试试看。这个超级脆,可是我嫌它有点辣,小朋友吃就不是那么适合。

材料 
120g       大发鳕鱼丝 (120g Dahfa dried fish fillet)
2片          寿司紫菜 (2 piece of sushi nori)
1个          鸡蛋 (1 nos eggs)
少许        芝麻 (Sesame)

步骤

把3条鳕鱼丝对折,用紫菜卷起中间部分,用少许蛋液收口,在收口处沾少许蛋液,撒上少许芝麻做装饰,送入预热烤箱150度,烤12-15分钟,即可。
Fold 3 strips of Dahfa fish fillet, wrap with sushi nori at the middle part by using some beaten egg as the sealing agent, sprinkle with some sesame, bake in preheated oven at 150 degree Celcius for 12-15 minutes.

  4. 鳕鱼丝应该有两种口味, 原味和带辣的, 我刚刚买了一包辣的, 还不知有没有时间去加工烤它, 因为做年饼做到有点“显"liao....:(

    1. 哦,有普通和辣的,我都还不知道。我家每次都是买这个,光吃不觉得很辣,烤好后,一放进嘴就觉得辣了。。。
