刚好买的 chokanan 芒果不是太熟,所以把它做成 kerabu。
材料A (Ingredients A)
1个 芒果-切丝 (1 nos mango - shredded)
1支 姜华-切丝 (1 nos torch ginger flower - shredded)
3个 葱头仔-切片 (3 shallots - slices)
1根 指天椒-切小 (1 nos chili padi - chop small)
材料B (Ingredients B)
1汤匙 鱼露 ( 1 tbsp fish sauce)
2汤匙 桔子汁 (2 tbsp lime juice)
1汤匙 糖 (1 tbsp sugar)
材料C (Ingredients C)
1汤匙 虾米-干锅炒香后磨碎 ,我省略 (1 tbsp dried shrimps - pan fried without oil until fragrant and mashed but I omitted)
4汤匙 花生米-烤香,压碎 (4 tbsp peanuts - roasted, lightly chop)
步骤 (Steps)
把所有材料搅拌均匀在一起,即可。
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
