芒果莎莎 Mango Salsa

在寻找芒果料理时,无意间发现这个芒果莎莎。

记得以前吃过 Salsa,不过是配着 Taco Chips 一起吃。既然有芒果口味的,那就随意做个芒果莎莎吧。食谱和做法参考 JaslineChristine,略有少许更改。

很喜欢这个芒果莎莎,在大热天单单吃这个,也觉得很美味。

材料 (Ingredients)
1个          芒果-切丁 (1 nos mango - cut into small cubes)
数粒        樱桃番茄-切小 (Few nos cherry tomatoes - cut small)
1根         日本黄瓜-切丁 (1 nos Japanese cucumber - cut into small cubes)
1个         小红葱-切小 (1 shallots - cut small)
少许        芫荽叶-剁碎 (Some coriander leaves - lightly chop)
3粒          桔子-挤汁 (3 nos limes - squeeze for the juice)
少许        盐 (Pinch of salt)

步骤 (Steps)

把所有材料放入大碗里,搅拌均匀后,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏1小时候才食用。
Put all ingredients into a big bowl, mix well, cove with cling wrap, refrigerated for 1 hour before serving.
