好久一段时间没吃隔夜燕麦了,因为之前我天天吃,大约过了1个星期,脚开始发软,觉得没力,可能是因为我的身体不能接受吃冰冷的食物。后来我又改成了午餐才吃,还是没有改善,所以之后我也好久没吃这个隔夜燕麦了。
无论如何,这可是属于健康的早餐,偶尔吃一吃,也不错的。我比较喜欢吃稀的隔夜燕麦,所以液体会比较多,这次我还加了维他精 ^_^

材料A
6汤匙 有机即食燕麦 (6 tbsp organic instant baby oat)
1汤匙 奇异籽 (1 tbsp chia seeds)
110g 芒果味优格-1罐 (110g mango flavoured yoghurt - 110g)
一罐 原味低糖维他精
适量 牛奶 (Some milk)
材料B
少许 芒果丁 (Some mango cubes)
少许 葡萄干 (Some raisin)
少许 葡萄干 (Some raisin)
少许 烤香杏仁粒 (Some roasted almonds)
少许 烤香核桃 (Some roasted walnut)
步骤
1. 把材料A放入一个干净的玻璃瓶,用汤匙搅拌均匀,盖上盖,放入冰箱冷藏至 隔夜。
Put ingredients A into a clean and dry glass container, use a spoon to stir and
mix well all the ingredients, cover with lid, put into the refrigerator overnight.
2. 当要食用时,取出,加入材料B,即可。
When you serve the overnight oat, add in ingredients B, that's all.
