芝士条

这个月"小拇指说好"活动的主题是 ~ 芝士,可是我抽不出时间做任何料理。所以,昨天做了这个芝士条。

芝士条

食谱取自Alex Goh老师的《创意小饼干》。

这个脆脆的,带点咸和辣,味道不错一下,下次做我要切小条一些,觉得细一点比较像“stick” ^_^

材料
5片         酥皮 (5 pcs puff pastry)
适量       磨碎车打芝士 (Some grated cheddar cheese)
少许       辣椒粉 (Some chilly powder)
少许       蛋液 (Egg wash)

步骤

把酥皮切割成8条,在表面涂上蛋液,拿起2条,扭曲在一起,铺在烤盘上,撒上磨碎车打芝士和少许辣椒粉,放入预热烤箱,180度烤15-20分钟。
Cut the puff pastry into eight strips, egg wash on the surface of the pastry,  twist 2 strips together, line in a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and a pinch of chili powder, bake in preheated oven, 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

在表面刷上少许蛋液

取其中两条,把它们扭在一起

撒上磨碎车打芝士
  
撒上少许辣椒粉

烤好后
