芒果冰淇淋II Mango Ice Cream II

大家一定会觉得奇怪,为什么芒果冰淇淋 II,那么 I 在哪里???

其实在5月份,我做了一次芒果冰淇淋,这次做的冰淇淋和上次的食谱一样,不过做法略有不同,而且份量稍微改了一些

第一次的芒果冰淇淋是所有材料用 Blender 打细,就直接冷藏,这个是分开打。两个芒果冰淇淋的口感略有不同,各有千秋。但是分开打,冰淇淋的容量看起来比较多。

谢谢 怪叔叔 Kenneth Goh 分享了这么棒的冰淇淋。我们全家都很爱,我之前还做过榴莲口味的。

材料 (Ingredients A)
300g       动物性奶油 (300g whipping cream)
150g       炼奶 (150g sweetened creamer)

材料 (Ingredients B)
300g       芒果泥 (300g mango puree)

步骤 (Steps)
材料A打发至裱花状态,拌入材料B,然后放入塑料容器,送进结冰处冷藏至结实 (大概6-8小时 ),即可。
Whip ingredients A until it  stiff, then fold in ingredients B with a spatula, transfer into a plastic container and freeze for 6-8 hours before serving.
