龙珠豆腐II

这个龙珠豆腐,在我家也时常出现,可以看这里那里

龙珠豆腐II


不需要太多的材料,简简单单就可以吃到一个很棒的料理。今天的龙珠豆腐,我加了萝卜碎和芫荽,因为今天买不到马蹄,所以没有放,建议最好加,加了会更好吃:)

材料A
2条           日本豆腐 - 切大概1cm厚度,剩下的头尾加入材料B (Japanese tofu)

材料B
200g          鱼胶肉-巴刹有卖,已经调味 (Seasoned fish paste - bought from market)
5粒             马蹄-去皮剁碎 (Water chest nut, finely chopped) 我没有放
1/4条          红萝卜-剁碎 (Carrot, finely chopped)
少许           青葱粒 (Spring onion) 我用芫荽代替
少许           麻油 (Sesame oil)

材料C
适量          酱油 (Soya sauce)
适量          炸香葱头仔  (Fried shallots)
适量          炸葱油 (Shallot oil)

步骤:
1. 把材料A铺放在碟里。
2. 把材料B用手拌均匀,并且拿起摔几次,让鱼胶更爽脆
3. 把手沾湿,捏一些(2),稍微揉圆压扁,放在豆腐上。
4. 水煮开后,大火蒸5-6分钟。
5. 豆腐蒸好后,把盘里的水去掉,趁热淋上酱油,葱头油和炸香葱头仔

搅拌均匀

剩下的豆腐头尾也一起加入鱼胶里

豆腐铺在碟里

鱼胶肉铺在豆腐上

水滚后

放入锅里,盖上盖,大火蒸5-6分钟

蒸好后

把碟里的水分去掉

装饰后就可上桌
