之前忘记看过谁家做的照烧鸡,所以买了那个酱汁回来,已经有一段时间了。今天就来看我家简易版的照烧鸡,我烤了5片,本来是我和大老板各别2片,小老板1片,带小老板出去买点东西回来后,剩下一片。。。看来,有人很喜欢这个照烧鸡咯。
照烧鸡

半只 鸡-斩件 (Half chicken - cut into big chunks)
适量 照烧鸡汁 (Some teriyaki sauce)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 鸡肉洗净,抹干水分,倒入适量的照烧鸡汁,足够腌制所有鸡块便可,放入冰箱过夜。
Wash and drain the chicken, pour in some teriyaki sauce (enough to marinate all chicken
will do), cover with cling wrap (I place in a bag), marinate in refrigerator overnight.
2. 取出后,放入气炸锅,烧烤200度10分钟+5分钟至熟,启动旋转功能。
Remove from refrigerator, roast in air fryer, turn on the roll function, roast at 200 degree
Celsius for 10 minutes + 5 minutes until cooked.
