蓝赛珍老师的《我会烘焙》是我很喜欢的一本食谱,因为里面有详细的步骤图。很久都没有吃自家披萨了,况且经小老板再三要求,终于在周末做了披萨当午餐,选来的披萨食谱,来自这本《我会烘焙》。
夏威夷风味比萨
这个食谱做了N次,但是之前都是用手搓的,口感没比这一次好,这一次我用了我的好帮手 ~面包机。当小老板上完美术课回家时,香喷喷的披萨已经在等他了。
食谱来自蓝赛珍老师《我会烘焙》Recipe adapted from Agnes Chang ~ I Can Bake
面团 - 此面团食谱可做两个比萨 (Dough - This recipe can make into 2 pizza)
材料A (Ingredients A)
200g 面粉 (200g plain flour)
1茶匙 糖 (1 tsp sugar)
1/2茶匙 盐 (1/2 tsp salt)
1茶匙 即溶酵母 (1 tsp instant yeast)
1茶匙 牛至香料 ( 1tsp oregano)
110ml 水 (110ml water)
材料B
1汤匙 橄榄油 (1 tbsp olive oil)
配料 (Topping)
1汤匙 番茄酱 (1 tbsp tomato sauce)
适量 罐头黄梨-切小块 (Some canned pineapple - cut into cubes)
1条 鸡肉香肠-切小块 (1 chicken frank - cut into cubes)
适量 马苏里拉芝士 (Some mozzarella cheese)
1片 车打芝士-撕小块 (1 pcs cheddar cheese)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 面团: 把材料A搅拌成有弹性的面团,加入材料B搓揉至光滑,休面,让面团发至双
倍发大。
Dough: MIx ingredients A and knead into a pliable dough, add in ingredients B and
continue to knead until very smooth, leave the dough to rise until double
volume.
2. 把面团排气并分割成2份,擀成 3mm 厚的圆薄片,放在涂了橄榄油的烘培碟,用叉刺
出小孔,这时可以准备配料。
Punch down the dough to expel air, divide the dough into 2 portion , roll the dough into
3 mm thickness, place into a greased pan (use olive oil to grease), and prick holes
with a fork, at this time, prepare the topping for pizza.
3. 把番茄酱涂在面团表面,然后排入香肠和黄梨块,最后撒上马苏里拉芝士。
Brush tomato sauce on the dough, evenly put chicken frank and pineapple on top, finally
sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
4. 放入气炸锅,用高架,选择“烘焙”功能,设定时间10分钟,当时间倒数剩下3分钟时
,打开,加入车打芝士,盖上盖,即可。
Put the baking pan into the air fryer, use high rack, set "baking" for 10 minutes, when the
baking time remains 3 minutes, put cheddar cheese onto the pizza and continue to
bake until done.
面团
排气擀平后放在烘焙碟里
用叉刺上小孔
涂上番茄酱
排入香肠和黄梨
撒上马苏里拉芝士
放入气炸锅
180度10分钟
倒数最后3分钟,打开加入车打芝士
继续烘烤
好了
好香
赶快开动

Delete说到pizza, 我最喜欢Domino烧烤口味的Thin Crust , 卖的很贵哩, 自己动手做比较划算, 还可以加料 ^_^
