素咕噜肉

今天分享的还是素菜,因为觉得大年初一煮的素食味道不错,必须要做个记录。

素古佬肉


素G块是买冷冻的,要用之前,先从结冰处取出,解冻后,可以拿来炸。可是我选择用来烤,因为大年初一不能洗头,不想弄到全身太多油烟 ^_^

谢谢舅母的好介绍,让我认识到素G块。素G块可以用来煲素汤,味道也是不错,我在大年初一就用了一些来煲莲藕汤。

这个素咕噜肉酱汁参考《大排档菜》,稍微做少许更改。

材料 (Ingredients)
1包             素G块 (1 pack vegetarian chicken)
1罐             凤梨块 (1 can pineapple cubes)
半条          日本青瓜-切块 (Japanese cucumber, cut into cubes)

酱汁 (Sauce)
3汤匙         番茄酱 (3 tbsp tomato ketchup)
1汤匙         酸梅酱 (1 tbsp plum sauce)
1汤匙         糖 (1 tbsp sugar)
1/2汤匙      米醋 - 我用百香果醋 (1/2 tbsp vinegar, I use passion fruit vinegar)
1/2茶匙      盐 (1/2 tsp salt)
250ml         水 (2 tbsp water)

勾芡 (Starch to thicken the sauce)
1/2汤匙      马铃薯粉 (1/2 tbsp potato flour)
1汤匙         水 (1 tbsp water)

步骤
1. 把素G块放在铁盘里,以175度烤15-20分钟(我用光波炉)。
     Put the vegetarian chicken in a plate, bake in oven (I use convection oven) 175 degree 
     Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
2. 所有酱汁材料搅拌至糖溶化,放入平面锅里,加入红萝卜丝,煮沸。
     Mix all the sauce ingredients together, stir until sugar dissolve, pour into a sauce pan 
     (I use Buffalo smart pan), bring to boil.
3. 把芡汁慢慢倒入,煮至喜欢的浓稠度,加入素G块,凤梨和黄瓜,搅拌至所有材料都
    粘到酱汁,熄火,即可上碟。
     Add in the starch a little bit at a time, stir the sauce and cook until the sauce thicken, 
     add in the vegetarian chicken, pineapple cubes and cucumber, mix well, turn off the 
     heat and dish out.

    1. Hahaha, I think this could be easily find in vegetarian shop...but not sure whether China has many vegetarian shop like in Malaysia or not ^_^

    原来年初一不能洗头的?为什么呢?我还天天洗头的说。。。

    1. 我妈妈说在大年初一洗头,会将好运洗走。有试过一次,不小心洗了头,当天晚上就发烧,而且一病病了半个月。

    Seeing your sweet and sour vegetarian chicken, I do missed all the vegetarian food that I used to eat at home...

    1. Hi, Zoe! I think most of the supermarket here is selling frozen vegetarian food but not sure whether Melbourne has similar frozen vegetarian food.

  8. Hi Jozelyn! Not too late to wish you Gong Xi Fa Cai! I actually love vegetarian food but not so experienced cooking it. When there is a choice, I would happily choose vegetarian. Your Sweet and Sour "Pork" will definitely be my first choice!
