小时候,每次过新年,就很开心,因为有红包收,有新衣穿。长大后,也因为妈妈的爱戴,每次过新年,也是衣来伸手,饭来张口,好快活!嫁人后,慢慢的就开始做了“一家之煮”。
马上糯米饭
从去年开始,从除夕至初二,家里吃的就由我来准备。今年的除夕,我煮了几道菜,一家九大二小,开开心心吃团圆饭了。今年厨艺进步了不少,嫂嫂称赞我煮的菜肴很美味。乐!很可惜,因为忙于烧菜,根本没有机会帮它们拍照。
大年初一,煮了素午餐和晚餐,一家人吃得开开心心。昨天大年初二,就准备了火锅,然后迅速回娘家了。娘家不远,来回不需三个小时,又回到了家里接待大老板家的姐妹们。
今天大年初三,我终于可以休息了,不用做“一家之煮”。虽然说是休息,可是我很早就醒了,突然间想吃糯米饭,就煮了这个“马上糯米饭”。由于大小老板不是太爱吃糯米,所以我煮了一点点而已,材料也是“就地取材”。

Wishing everyone Gong Xi Fa Cai, good fortune and good wealth in the year of horse!
材料 (Ingredients)
2瓣 蒜米-剁碎 (2 cloves garlic - finely chopped)
少许 虾米 (Some dried shrimps)
1条 腊肠 - 切片 (1 no. Chinese sausage - slice)
4个 芽菇 - 去皮切丁 (4 nos arrow head - peel and cut into cubes)
1+1/4小铁碗 糯米 - 洗净沥干 (1+1/4 small bowl glutinous rice - wash and drain)
调味料 (Seasoning)
1小铁碗 水 (1 small bowl water)
1/2茶匙 黑酱油 (1/2 tsp dark soya sauce)
1/2茶匙 酱油 (1/2 tsp soya sauce)
1汤匙 蚝油 (1 tbsp oyster sauce)
1汤匙 绍兴酒 (1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine)
少许 胡椒粉 (Dash of pepper)
少许 麻油 (Some sesame oil)
装饰 (Garnishing)
少许 青葱粒 (Some spring onion)
步骤
我用牛头牌万能锅: 用“蒸煮”功能,把少许油倒入万能锅,锅热后,加入蒜米和虾米爆香,再加入腊肠,爆香后,最后加入芽菇粒,爆香后,最后加入糯米和调味料,转为“白米”功能。糯米饭煮好后,撒上少许青葱粒,就可食用。
I use Buffalo Smart Cooker: Use "steam" function, add in a little bit of oil into the inner pot, once the pot is heat up, add in chopped garlic and dried shrimps, close the lid, let it fry until fragrant, then add in the Chinese sausage slice, close the lid, let it fry until fragrant as well, finally, add in the arrow head slice, stir fry for a while, before add in the glutinous rice. Finally add in the seasoning, switch to "white rice" function. Once the glutinous rice is cooked, sprinkle some spring onion before serving.

爆香蒜米和虾米
爆香腊肠
最后加入芽菇片炒香一下
加入糯米,搅拌均匀
加入调味料
盖上锅盖
改为白米功能
煮好后

Deleteby the way, 你牛头牌万能锅 的白米功能煮多少分钟? 我用的panasonic 是37 分钟。。。 不懂可以吗。。。
Delete牛头牌万能锅“白米”功能是45分钟,不用预先浸糯米也行。你可以先把糯米浸软再煮,比较好吃。糯米参香米(用2份糯米对1份香米),煮出来也是相当不错的。
