天气炎热,这个周末就吃清淡一点,所以煮了皮蛋鸡丝粥。
皮蛋鸡丝粥
这几天小老板没什么胃口,而且这个星期有两个晚上喝了奶后都吐了。从他出世到现在,第一次吐就发生在几天前的晚上,有点吓坏了我和大老板。发现到他午餐吃的食物都还没消化。
今晚煮的粥,他也只吃了一小盘而已。
材料 (Ingredients)
275g 鸡胸肉 (275g chicken breast)
1小匙 盐 (1tsp salt)
1杯 米 (1 cup rice)
6-8杯 水 (6-8 cups water)
1汤匙 麻油 (1 tbsp sesame oil)
配料 (Condiments)
少许 青葱 (Some spring onions)
少许 皮蛋 (Some preserved eggs)
少许 酱油 (Some soya sauce)
少许 胡椒粉 (Some pepper)
步骤 (Steps)
1. 鸡胸肉洗干净后用盐腌一下。
Marinate the chicken breast with salt.
2. 把米洗干净后加入水,倒入万能锅,用“煮粥”功能。
Wash the rice, put in the smart cooker together with water, use the "porridge"
function.
3. 大约半小时后,加入鸡胸肉。
Add in marinated chicken breast after half an hour of cooking.
4. 当粥快煮好时(时间开始倒数), 把鸡胸肉取出,用大刀压成丝后,再放回万能锅里,
并加入麻油,搅拌均匀。
When the timer on the smart cooker starts to count down, remove the cooked chicken
breast from smart cooker, use a meat cleaver to press on the meat to form meat shreds,
put the shreds into the smart cooker again, add in sesame oil.
5. 粥煮好后,可以配上青葱,胡椒粉,皮蛋和酱油一起吃。
The porridge can be serve with spring onion, preserved egg, some soya sauce and
pepper.
