2014农历新年年饼系列之 ~ 酥脆瓜子杏仁片

当我在烤酥脆杏仁片时,想起在外面卖的有加入瓜子,刚好家里有瓜子,就做了以下这个,也是很好吃的。

但是面对酥脆杏仁片和烤酥瓜子脆杏仁片,我个人比较爱酥脆杏仁片,你呢?

材料 (Ingredients)
120g          杏仁片 (120g Almond slice)
30g            南瓜子 (30g pumpkin seeds)
30g            葵花籽 (30g sunflower seeds)
30g            瓜子 (30g melon seeds)
70g             Bienetta (70g Bienetta)

步骤
所有材料放在一个干净的大盆里搅拌均匀,然后平均的铺在放了烘焙布的烤盘上,送入预热烤箱,150度烤15分钟,取出后,立刻用酥皮刀切割成喜欢的尺寸,待凉后,收入罐里收藏,即可。
Mix all ingredients in a large clean bowl until even, spread the mixture evenly on a baking pan line with baking cloth, bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, immediately use a pastry cutter to cut into desire size, leave to cool, store in air tight container.

  1. The other day my Sister in law just told me she made cookies using Bienetta. But I have never tried using this special flour before..

  5. did i tell you i like all your simple cookie recipes? yum yum yum!!! and gluten free! super uber fantastic! actually, this sounds like such a good breakfast bar if i make it thick! oh gosh! thanks so much for this!

  7. kuaci..mm..sounds not bad leh...that day in one of the stores also i saw them selling this crisp with almond and pumpkin seeds, so expensive..a small jar selling at RM28.00 if i remember correctly..

    1. yes, outside selling expensive because the almond slice and Bienetta is expensive, home made at least cut the cost by more than half ^_^
