姫松茸鸡汤
根据包装上的记载: 姬松茸,是珍稀菇类佳品。具有“蘑菇之首”之称。姬松茸状如伞,菌盖嫩,菌柄脆,呈黄褐色至粟褐色,有特别的浓香,及润滑爽口。它含丰富的蛋白质,多种氨基酸,不饱和脂肪酸,和多种矿质元素。具有安神,滋补脾胃,促进免疫系统功能。
第一次煮这汤,我把食谱减半,用了两只马来鸡腿代替。巴刹的兰姐自动帮我买的鸡腿去了皮,真好。这个汤的味道不错,只是菇味很重,感觉上加片姜去一起炖应该会更好。
材料
30g 姫松茸 (Himematsutake Mushroom)
1粒 蜜枣 (Candied dates)
2只 马来鸡腿 (Chicken drumstick)
1.5公升 水 (Water)
少许 盐 (Salt)
1.5公升 水 (Water)
少许 盐 (Salt)
步骤
1. 把姫松茸用温水浸泡20分钟,让其软化。
2. 把鸡块洗净,备用。
3. 把所有材料放进万能锅炖3小时,炖好后,可加入少许盐调味,即可。

Wow, a lovely meal! You can cook the soup and steam the rice at the same time! What a time saver! The soup looks very good and wholesome! And I have never heard of himematsutake mushroom!

You are welcome, Joyce. I am lazy to wash the inner pot of my rice cooker, therefore I do it at the same time while boiling the soup.
DeleteThis is my first time cooking this soup, I have also never thought of cooking it because it was already in my kitchen cabinet since CNY. The mushroom theme reminded me about it.
My husband thought that it was the Chinese herbal soup (药材汤), haha!
这真像药材汤了,好喝!
