材料
1汤匙 牛油 (Butter)
1瓣 蒜米 - 切片 (Garlic - diced)
1粒 葱头仔-切片 (Shallot - diced)
50g 粟米粒 (Corn kernels)
2粒 小豆蔻 (Cardamons)
2支 丁香 (Cloves)
1支 桂皮 (Cinnamon stick)
1粒 八角 (Star anise)
1杯 米 (Rice)
1/4杯 牛奶 (Milk)
3/4杯 水 (Water)
1片 班兰叶-打结 (Pandan leave - tie to knot)
1/4小匙 盐 (Salt)
步骤
2. 把所有材料顺序倒入,搅拌均匀,改用”白米“功能,把饭煮熟。
材料
(白色碟里有班兰叶,桂皮,丁香,八角和小豆蔻)
溶化牛油
爆香蒜片和葱片
爆香粟米粒
加入香料
加入米
加入牛奶和水
最后加入班兰叶和盐
煮好了
