这个糖水自己喝了几次,亲手煮还是第一次。如果你想喝这样的糖水,准备功夫和煮不会超过1小时,在这种炎热的天气拿来消暑,是非常不错的。
一小时轻轻松松 ~ 粟米马蹄蛋花糖水
材料
1公升 水 (Water)
3片 班兰叶-打结 (Pandan leaves - tie a knot)
200g 粟米粒 (Corn kernels)
12粒 马蹄 -去皮切丁 (Water chest nuts, cut into small cubes)
1个 鸡蛋 - 打散 (Egg, lightly beaten)
50g 粗砂糖 (Coarse sugar)
步骤
1. 把班兰叶放入锅里,倒入水,煮滚,熄火后盖上盖让班兰叶焖出香味,大概10分钟。
2. 开火,把粟米粒倒入,煮滚后,盖上盖再煮2分钟,熄火。
3. 打开盖,把班兰叶夹出,再把切粒马蹄倒入,然后把打散的鸡蛋也慢慢加入,一边慢慢倒
鸡蛋,一边快速搅拌糖水。
4. 加入粗砂糖调味,然后再开火煮滚,熄火即可。
材料
煮班兰叶
趁着这个时候,可以把马蹄切丁
加入粟米粒
盖上盖煮2分钟
所有材料已加入,可以开火再让糖水煮滚一下
(备注:如果要把这糖水煮成羹,可以用木薯粉/ 粟米粉勾芡。)
煮滚了,可以熄火
就这样,够简单了吧
口感也不错,可以边喝糖水边咬
