炸香蕉丸 (Kuih Kodok) Mashed Banana Fritters

星期六早上,轩宏妈说星期一上 kuih kodok,由于星期六和星期天安排了满满的节目,我还担心不能如期”交货“。

炸香蕉丸


星期天傍晚,终于有时间去张罗材料,可能是脑袋有问题,我一直觉得要上的是 kuih koci,买不到新鲜椰丝和香蕉叶的我,最后买了芋头和番薯,煎了年糕,打算今天放上来,顺便和轩宏妈 say sorry 好了,打开 whatsapp,ngiow ngiow ngiow,原来是要上 kuih kodok,哈哈哈,好糊涂的我。所以今天放工后买了香蕉,把 kuih kodok “变变变”,变了出来。

食谱取自 Sam Tan's Kitchen

材料A (Ingredients A)
2个          熟透香蕉-压烂 (2 overripe banana, mashed)
1汤匙      面粉 (1 tbsp flour)
1茶匙      粘米粉 - 增加脆度 (1 tsp rice flour - for crispness)
¼茶匙     发粉 (1 tsp baking powder)
1茶匙      糖 (1 tsp sugar)
少许        盐 (Pinch of salt)

材料B (Ingredients B)
适量        油 (Some oil for deep frying)

步骤 (Steps)

把材料A搅拌均匀,利用两个汤匙,把面糊放入热油里,炸至两面金黄,捞起,滴干油分。
Mix ingredients A, using two spoons, slowly drop small balls of the batter in hot oil and deep fry until golden brown, remove from wok and drain.

后来重做,以下食谱是我根据以上食谱加加减减弄出来的,也是很棒的哦!

    Last Sat, Doreen asked me to this kuih kodok cooking too but I can't because of my son's birthday party and I had an important run on Sun... Ai ya.
