板面 Pan Mee

这是我家常常煮的,因为大小老板都爱吃。

板面

今天趁着小拇指一月份主题,又再把搬出来和大家分享。

面团材料 (Ingredients for noodles)
160g         面粉 (160g plain flour)
90g           高筋面粉 (90g high protein flour)
1粒            鸡蛋 (1 egg)
100ml       水 (100 ml water)
1汤匙        油 (1 tbsp oil)

步骤 (Steps)
把所有材料放入面包机,设定“面团”功能,面包机停止操作后取出,盖上保鲜膜,备用。
Put all ingredients into the bread maker, tuen on the "dough" function, when the machine stop its operation, remove the dough, cover with cling wrap, set aside.




江鱼仔汤 (Ingredients for soup)

1碗          江鱼仔 (1 bowl of anchovies)
1汤匙      油 (1 tbsp oil)
1.7公升   水 (1.7litre water)
2片          姜片 (2 slice ginger)
少许        盐 (Pinch of salt)

步骤 (Steps)
牛头牌万能锅:启动“蒸煮”功能,倒入油,大约30秒后,倒入江鱼仔,盖上盖,当时间倒数至25分钟后,打开盖,随意搅拌一下,再盖上盖,当时间倒数至20分钟后,打开盖,加入水和姜片,启动“煮汤”功能,当汤煮好后,捞起所有江鱼仔和姜片,加入盐调味,即可。
Buffalo smart cooker: Use "steam" function, put oil into the inner pot, after 30 seconds, add in anchovies, cover the lid, when the time remains 25 minutes, open the lid, lightly stir the anchovies, cover the lid again, when the timer remains 20 minutes, open the lid and pour in water and ginger slice, turn on the "soup" function, when the soup is done, picked up all anchovies and ginger slice, add in some salt to taste.


香菇肉碎材料 (Mince pork with shiitake mushroom)
1 tbsp       油 (1 tbsp oil)
125g         猪肉碎 (125g mince pork)
少许          蒜蓉 (Some mince garlic)
5朵           鲜冬菇 - 切片 (5 nos fresh shiitake mushroom - slice)
1汤匙       蚝油 (1 tbsp oyster sauce)1汤匙       黑酱油 (1 tbsp dark soya sauce)
少许         麻油 (Some sesame oil)
少许         水 (Some water)
少许         蘑菇精 (Some mushroom essence)
少许         胡椒粉 (Some pepper)

步骤 (Steps)
把放了油的锅烧热,加入肉碎,炒香后,加入蒜蓉炒香,再放入香菇片,炒香,加入其他材料,煮至收汁,即可。
Heat the oil in a wok, stir fry mince pork till fragrant, add in mince garlic, continue to stir fry, finally add in shiitake mushroom, stir fry till fragrant, then add in all the remaining ingredients, cook until the gravy is slightly dry up, set aside.


其他配料 (Other ingredients)
适量         肉丸 (Some meatballs)
适量         蔬菜 (Some fresh vegetables)
适量        香脆江鱼仔 (Some deep fried anchovies)
适量         炸蒜蓉 (Some deep fried mince garlic)

步骤 (Steps)
把面团撕成薄片,放入汤里烫熟,捞起,加入其他配料一起吃。
Tear the dough into thin slices and boil in the soup, serve with all ingredients.

  7. 我嘛是喜欢吃,尤其面条QQ那种的,还有汤底清甜的,所以我也要1碗。(好像很好生意叻,可以考虑开分行了啦! 哈哈哈哈哈)

  11. 无意中找到这里,很好的食谱分享。我最近在考虑要买哪一种的buffalo 产品, 有哪一款适合忙碌上班族用的吗?就是可以不在家时,设定煮食物,或可以短时间把食物准备好。
