冰凉豆花

等待是最煎熬的。等了好多天,虽然心里已做了最坏的打算,可是人总是在面对现实时,显得格外脆弱。在此,衷心的为 MH370 航班的239名机组人员和乘客祷告,希望 MH370 航班罹难者的家属和亲友可以坚强起来,加油哦!

冰凉豆花
不知道几时开始,爱上了豆花,每个星期妈妈去晨运时,有个卖豆花和豆浆的Aunty,她的豆花和豆浆是超赞的,每当妈妈买回来,一下子就被我“清货”了。


随着空气污染指数暴增,妈妈也减少了晨运,所以家里的豆花和豆浆开始缺货。这天,看见了这个简易版的豆花,立刻买了回来,解馋。


快乐草豆花粉

这个快乐草牌子的豆花,做出来就只有这4杯,味道也是不错的。

材料
500ml          水 (500ml water)
1汤匙          糖 (1 tbsp sugar)
1包              快乐草豆花粉 (1 pack Happy Grass soya bean curd)

装饰
2粒              草莓 (2 nos strawberry)

步骤
把水加入糖在锅里煮至滚,熄火后,倒入快乐草豆花粉,搅拌均匀,再放入模具里,待凉后,放入冰箱冷藏,食用前,加入切半的草莓装饰,即可。
Add water and sugar into a pot, bring to boil, turn off the flame, add in the Happy Grass soya bean curd, stir until dissolve, then pour into the cup, leave to set, keep in the fridge, serve with strawberry.

(个人觉得味道有点像Organic的豆浆味)

    Wow! Love this healthy dessert.
    Now it is so convenience to have the premix powder, we can have this dessert anytime.. I like to use happy grass products too.
