这个月，“小拇指说好”活动，终于来到我的家！

我很荣幸可以举办这个月的小拇指说好活动，这个月的主题是～牛油！

牛油是由乳脂，乳蛋白，和水制成的乳制品。它是由新鲜牛奶或发酵奶油通过搅乳提制而成。它的用途广泛，可以用来涂面包和做调味料。另外在烹调方面，例如烘焙，制作酱料，以及煎炸，牛油是一个非常好用的食材。

想要参加这项活动，您只须用“牛油”来烹调食物，就这么简单。您的食谱可以是自创，来自烹饪书籍，杂志或网站。记得把您上载的“牛油”贴子，链接到此贴子，就是这样而已 ^_^

This month, "Little Thumbs Up"  event, finally came to my house.

 I am very honored to host this event! This month's theme is ~ butter! 

Butter is a dairy product that consists of butterfat, milk proteins, and water. It is made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk. It is used as a spread, a condiment, and in cooking, such as baking, sauce making and pan frying.

To join this event, simply cook or bake any recipes using the ingredient for this month ~ BUTTER. Recipes that you used can be your own, from cookbooks, magazines or websites. Submit your "BUTTER" post as many as you like by linking to the thumbnail link provided at the bottom of this post ^_^

话说有一天，打算煮意大利面，可是小老板说要吃比萨。等我弄好后，他睡着了，我就和大老板吃饱饱了。看见他差不多要醒时，我就弄了他的比萨给他，怎知道他却吵着要吃面。。。

之前去上了制作生日蛋糕的课程，Chee Seng 老师教做巧克力香蕉蛋糕，妈妈说好好吃，所以2014这个母亲节，我第一次为妈妈做了自己亲手装饰的巧克力香蕉蛋糕。

五一劳动节，脑子里一直想着 Bibimbap，所以午餐就吃了韩国烤肉和 Bibimbap。小老板不赏脸，只吃少许肉，回到家就吵饿了。看了看家里的材料，突然间想到 pancake，选来了 Sonia 家的松饼，给小老板做个简单的下午茶。
