芝士火腿鸡蛋卷 Cheesy Ham Egg Roll

有一天小老板在家里一直说 fish paste egg roll,应该是他很想吃吧。大概一年前做过 fish paste egg roll 给他带去学校,他还记得,是值得欣慰的。

芝士火腿鸡蛋卷


于是,第二天早上我很早就起床,做了蛋卷给他。刚好家里没有鱼肉,所以做了芝士火腿蛋卷。

材料(一人份量)Ingredients (One serving)
1片      火腿 (1 piece ham)
1个      鸡蛋 (1 egg)
1片      芝士 (1 piece cheese slice)

步骤 (Steps)
1. 用平底锅,把火腿煎香,盛起,备用。
    Use a non-stick frying pan, fry the ham until slightly golden brown, dish out, set aside.

2. 把鸡蛋打散,倒入平底锅,弄平,煎至8分熟(鸡蛋边可以轻易夹起),在鸡蛋中间部分铺
    上火腿,火腿上铺上芝士,熄火,然后把鸡蛋卷起,收口处向下,利用锅的余温把芝士融
    化。
    Lightly beat the egg, fry in the non stick pan until about 80% cooked (the edge of the egg
    can be easily pick up with a pair of chopstick), place the ham in the centre of the egg 
    crepe, then top with the cheese slice, turn off the flame, roll the egg roll, place the joint 
    facing down and continue to cook the egg roll with remaining heat until the cheese 
    melted.

3. 待冷却后,切成小片,即可。
    Once cool, cut into desire size for serving.
