Nestum 麦片饼 Nestum Oat Cookies

我想做 Nestum 麦片饼干,想了很多年,可是都没有行动。今年,终于缘来了,无意间看到了蓝赛珍老师《我爱烘培》里头的果仁遮哩曲奇食谱,于是做了这个饼干。

我一共做了两罐,一罐送给二舅,一罐留在家里。二舅和家人很喜欢,可是这个饼干在我家却不是很受欢迎,看见还剩下半罐,就知道了。无论如何,这个饼干我觉得好好吃。

材料A (Ingredients A)
120g         牛油 (120g butter)
60g           细砂糖 (60g caster sugar)
1粒           蛋黄 (1 nos egg yolk)
1小匙        香草精 (1 tsp vanilla essence)

材料B (Ingredients B)
150g        自发面粉 (150g self-raising flour)
1大匙       卡仕达粉-我省略 (1tbsp custard powder - I omitted)

材料C (Ingredients C)
适量         Nestum麦片 (Some nestum oat)

步骤 Steps
把材料A打至松,加入B拌均匀,取出适量面团揉圆,沾上材料C,放在铺了纸的烤盘上,送入预热烤箱,中层,开风扇,170度烤12-15分钟至熟,即可。
Cream ingredients A until light and fluffy, fold in B and mix well, use a small spoon to scoop a small portion, roll into small ball shape, coat with C, place at a baking pan lined with baking paper, bake in pre-heated oven, middle rack, fan forced, 170 degree for 12-15 minutes or until cooked, that's all.





家里的其他年饼,,因为已经分享过,所以食谱不再分享了。

    I have not tried baking nestum cookies yet because I haven't put in effort to look for this ingredient yet :p Your CNY must be awesome with all these yummy cookies!
