7月份就快过去了,我还没连接小拇指,所以煮了这个苹果红枣茶。
苹果红枣茶
家里的苹果很多,每次吃不完,我就会加些水去煮,酸酸甜甜的苹果茶,收入冰箱放冷后更好喝。除了放红枣,也可以放少许枸杞子,不过这次我没放枸杞子。
材料 (Ingredients)
4个 红苹果 - 去皮 (4 nos red apple - peel off the skin)
10颗 红枣 (10 nos. red dates)
1200ml 水 (1200ml water)
步骤 (Steps)
把所有材料放入万能锅,启动“炖汤”功能,煮2个小时,即可。
Put all ingredients into the smart cooker, turn on the "soup" function and cook for 2 hours.
