粟米片乐车饼 Cornflakes Rocher

这个粟米片乐车饼非常容易做,又很好吃,大人小孩都爱。这个食谱是参考Alex Goh老师的创意小饼干。


材料:
250g        巧克力 (Chocolate)
80g          粟米片 (Cornflakes)
40g          烤香杏仁碎粒 (Roasted almond nibs)

装饰:

适量         烤香杏仁碎粒 (Roasted almond nibs)


步骤:
1. 隔水融化巧克力,加入粟米片和杏仁粒,搅拌均匀。
2. 装入小纸杯,洒杏仁粒装饰,待巧克力凝固后,就可以收藏。
    [注意: 纸杯不要装太满,不然很难收藏。]



材料


把煮沸的水倒一些进一个比较大的碗里, 把巧克力放在一个比较小的碗,然后把小碗放进大碗里

用汤匙搅拌一下,大概3-5分钟,巧克力就会完全融化

融化了

把大碗移开

加入粟米片

加入杏仁碎粒

搅拌均匀

装入小纸杯

  1. I am going to try out this. Should I only do small quantity at one time? Does the chocolate gets harden very quickly?

    1. This quantity is consider small because I can only fill up 1 and a half of small container. The chocolate wouldn't get harden quickly, if you afraid that the chocolate will be harden quickly, make sure you don;t do it under the air-condition :) Good luck!
