小拇指说好 (六月份主题:牛油) @ Little Thumbs Up (June Theme: Butter)



时间过得真快,转眼间,今天已经是6月30日了。随着6月即将要结束,这也意味着六月份小拇指说好活动也到此为止了,还未链接的朋友,请在截止日期之前,把你的贴子链接到这里哦。在此,衷心感谢各位博客的鼎力支持,没有你们,这个活动怎么可以搞得有声有色呢?

这次的小拇指说好活动,一共有300多个链接的牛油贴子,好高兴哦!最热门的链接包括最近火红的魔术卡仕达蛋糕,日式炼奶面包和吴宝春金牌吐司。七月份,我们有 Jasline(Foodie Baker)为我们主持7月份小拇指说好活动,主题是马铃薯,大家记得踊跃参与哦。

随着小拇指说好活动接近尾声,我也暂时要和大家做个短暂的告别,手上还有几个重要的项目还未完成,而且快到截止日期了,希望可以尽快把它们完成,过后就可以上来和大家风花雪月。谢谢大家支持小拇指说好活动,很高兴在这期间也认识了很多新的博客。

虽然我一个星期,就只有在周末时需要做饭,但是仍然会不知道要煮些什么。。。所以,我相当佩服全职家庭主妇为家人一天准备三餐,真的一点都不容易。那天看见 Phong Hong 家的柠檬胡椒和迷迭香烤鸡。。。我就觉得这是我这个周末的晚餐。

这个月,“小拇指说好”活动,终于来到我的家!

我很荣幸可以举办这个月的小拇指说好活动,这个月的主题是~牛油!

牛油是由乳脂,乳蛋白,和水制成的乳制品。它是由新鲜牛奶或发酵奶油通过搅乳提制而成。它的用途广泛,可以用来涂面包和做调味料。另外在烹调方面,例如烘焙,制作酱料,以及煎炸,牛油是一个非常好用的食材。

This month, "Little Thumbs Up"  event, finally came to my house.

 I am very honored to host this event! This month's theme is ~ butter! 

Butter is a dairy product that consists of butterfat, milk proteins, and water. It is made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk. It is used as a spread, a condiment, and in cooking, such as baking, sauce making and pan frying.
