情人节 ~ 娘惹黄梨塔 Valentine's Day Special ~ Nyonya Pineapple Tarts

今天,和大家来赴约,献上了娘惹黄梨塔。

祝大家情人节快乐!

用了两种黄梨馅,比较深色的是较甜的,浅色的较酸。


饼皮食谱取自Alex Goh 的《创意小饼干》,略有少许更改。

材料A (Ingredients A)
110g      牛油 (110g butter)
40g        糖粉 (40g icing sugar)

材料B (Ingredients B)
半个       鸡蛋 (Half egg)

材料C (Ingredients C)
175g      面粉 (175g plain flour)

材料D (Ingredients D)
350g      自制黄梨馅-搓成10g圆球 (350g homemade pineapple paste - roll into 10 g balls)

步骤 (Steps)
1. 将材料A打至颜色变白,加入材料B,打均匀,最后筛入材料C。
    Cream ingredients A until light, add ingredients B, mix well, finally, sieve ingredients C 
    and mix well.

2. 把(1)放在烘焙纸之间,杆平,用模压出图形,放在铺了纸的烤盘上。
    Place (1) in between baking paper, flatten the dough with a rolling pin, use mould to cut
    into desired shape.    

3. 每个饼皮放入1颗黄梨馅。
    Place a 10g pineapple paste (ball shape) onto each pastry.

4. 放入预热烤箱,170度烤25分钟,即可。
    Bake in preheated oven at 175 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.

    They look so delicious!!! I hope you won't t finish all pineapple tarts before CNY... because that's what happened to us... Must save the heart shaped ones to feed your hubby :D XOXOXO!!! LOL!
